Lock Off Road Wheels Australia
At Lock Off Road, we are committed to delivering your wheels as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the below shipping information before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
A flat-rate shipping fee of $30 per wheel applies to all orders delivered within Australia.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the warehouse from which your order is dispatched.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Metro Areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including freight network delays, weather events, or peak shipping periods.
Multiple Warehouse Locations & Split Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, Lock Off Road Wheels may ship your order from one of our warehouse locations across Australia.
In some cases, products within the same order may be dispatched from different warehouses. This may result in split shipments, with items arriving separately and potentially on different dates.
There will be no additional freight charge for split shipments initiated by Lock Off Road.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Customers can use the provided tracking details to monitor the progress of their delivery.
If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
Delivery Address Requirements
Orders must be shipped to a residential or business street address within Australia.
PO Box addresses cannot be accepted due to the size and nature of wheel shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, additional freight charges may apply for redelivery or rerouting of the shipment.
Lock Off Road cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
Warehouse Pickups
At this time, warehouse pickups and click-and-collect services are not available.
All orders placed through the Lock Off Road website will be shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Australian Orders Only
The Lock Off Road Australia website currently ships to addresses within Australia only.
For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at contactus@lockoffroadwheels.com.au and our team will assist where possible.
Delivery Delays
While we work hard to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, Lock Off Road cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.
